Mental Health Services

Individual counseling and therapy to support emotional wellness and long-term stability.

Our licensed clinicians provide individual counseling and therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. We work with adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and co-occurring conditions.

Treatment is collaborative and person-centered. We develop an individualized treatment plan with you — not for you — and revisit it regularly to reflect your progress and changing needs.

Our approach is trauma-informed, meaning we understand that many challenges are rooted in past experiences. We create a safe, supportive environment where healing can happen at your pace.

Group & Individual Therapy

Therapeutic groups and one-on-one sessions that build skills, connection, and resilience.

Group therapy offers a powerful complement to individual work. In a structured, supportive setting, participants share experiences, practice coping strategies, and build meaningful connections with others on a similar path.

We offer therapeutic rehabilitation groups, intensive outpatient program (IOP) groups, and life-skills sessions. Groups are facilitated by trained clinicians and focus on practical tools for everyday life.

Individual one-on-one therapy is also available for those who benefit from focused, private sessions with a dedicated clinician.

Peer Support

Guidance and encouragement from trained specialists with lived experience.

Peer support specialists bring something unique to the recovery journey: lived experience. Our peer specialists have navigated their own challenges and are trained to offer encouragement, mentorship, and practical guidance.

Peer support is not therapy, but it is a meaningful and evidence-informed complement to clinical care. It helps reduce isolation, build hope, and reinforce the belief that change is possible.

Peer specialists work alongside our clinical team to provide consistent, compassionate support between appointments and during transitions.

Community Support & Case Management

Practical assistance connecting you to the resources and stability you need.

Recovery and wellness don't happen in a clinical office alone. Our community support services help you navigate the practical challenges that can make stability difficult — housing, employment, benefits, transportation, and more.

Case managers work with you to identify your goals, connect you with community resources, and coordinate care across providers. We advocate on your behalf and help remove barriers to progress.

Whether you need help finding stable housing, applying for benefits, or simply knowing where to turn, our team is here to walk alongside you.
