Housing Support

Transitional Living

A safe, structured environment designed to support your journey from instability to independence.

A Bridge to Independent Living

Our transitional living program provides a stable, supportive home environment for individuals who are working toward independent living. It is designed as a bridge — a place to stabilize, build essential skills, and prepare for the next chapter with confidence.

Residents are connected to clinical services, peer support, and community resources throughout their time in the program. Staff are present to provide structure, encouragement, and accountability as residents work toward their individual goals.

Program Length

The transitional living program is anticipated to last approximately 3–6 months. Actual program length is subject to individual circumstances and will be determined in collaboration with each resident and our team. Our goal is to support a transition that is sustainable — not rushed.
